Deuce’s platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Deuce acts as a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of event tickets. We do not own, sell, or resell tickets directly. Instead, we facilitate transactions between third-party sellers and buyers. Deuce does not guarantee the availability, authenticity, or quality of tickets.
To use certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Ticket prices on Deuce’s platform may vary significantly from face value and are determined by sellers based on市场 demand. Deuce charges a service fee on each transaction, which will be displayed during checkout. All fees are non-refundable.
After a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Delivery times for tickets may vary, depending on the event and ticket type. Electronic tickets may be delivered via email or download, while physical tickets may be shipped. Deuce is not liable for delays caused by the ticket seller or courier services.
Deuce aims to provide a reliable marketplace but does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, or quality of tickets. Any issue with a ticket's validity should be raised directly with the seller.
Deuce does not generally offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled without a rescheduled date. In such cases, Deuce will refund the purchase price minus service fees within a reasonable timeframe. If an event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deuce and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
All content on Deuce, including logos, trademarks, and site functionality, is the property of Deuce or its licensors. Unauthorized use of Deuce’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Deuce reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
You may reserve a ticket by paying a non-refundable Reservation Amount equal to 10% of the ticket price. The Reservation Amount will be credited toward the total purchase price. The Remaining Balance must be paid when Deuce notifies you that the official/physical tickets are available. If you cancel before paying the Remaining Balance, or fail to pay within the payment window communicated to you, the Reservation Amount will be forfeited and Deuce may cancel your reservation. If the seller fails to deliver valid tickets or the Event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, refunds will be processed in accordance with Section 8. By reserving you agree to receive payment reminders and communications at the contact details on file.
