Any seller or buyer found engaging in fraudulent activity will be:
Reporting Issues: Buyers can report fraudulent or problematic tickets within 7-10 days prior to the event. Deuce will investigate the matter thoroughly.
Disputes related to authenticity will be resolved through Deuce’s internal resolution system. If unresolved, users may seek remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Deuce expects sellers to fulfil their obligations once a sale is made. However, if a seller must cancel a transaction, the following policies apply:
Sellers are required to notify Deuce immediately if they are unable to fulfil a ticket order. Failure to do so may result in penalties or account suspension.
Deuce will make efforts to provide replacement tickets to buyers whenever possible. Additional charges for upgraded tickets, if applicable, will be discussed with the buyer.
Sellers cancelling transactions without valid reasons may face consequences under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for breach of contract.
