Deuce operates as a secondary marketplace that facilitates the resale of event tickets between buyers and sellers. Our shipping policy is subject to the policies of primary ticket providers, such as BookMyShow, Insider.in, and other authorized ticketing platforms. The fulfillment of physical ticket orders depends on their processing and shipping timelines.
The ticket delivery process follows a structured timeline: First, the primary ticket provider ships physical tickets to the original purchaser (the seller on Deuce). Then, Deuce arranges shipment from the seller to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for delivery fees, payable at checkout, and sellers must be available for scheduled ticket handover.
Sellers must comply with specific shipping requirements including timely dispatch according to Deuce's timeline, secure packaging to prevent damage, use of tracked shipping services, providing proof of shipment, and ensuring delivery well before the event date. These measures are in place to guarantee a smooth transaction process and buyer satisfaction.
Buyers must provide accurate shipping details at purchase, cover shipping fees calculated at checkout, monitor their shipment tracking, and ensure availability for ticket delivery. Any delivery issues should be promptly reported to Deuce customer support.
In cases of lost, delayed, or undelivered tickets due to seller negligence, the seller may be required to refund the buyer. For carrier-lost tickets, Deuce will mediate between parties for resolution. Buyers must report non-receipt within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
As a resale marketplace, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued for lost-in-transit or invalid tickets. If a seller fails to provide tickets within the required timeframe, the order may be canceled with a full refund to the buyer.
